Fred Couples is selling up

If you’re looking to move to Madison Club outside of Palm Springs, then you’re in luck. Fred Couples is selling up, and moving on.

Couples bought the 5,100 square foot property back in 2009for $3 million, and he previously listed it in 2011 for $4.2 million. He didn’t move it then, but he’s trying to get shot of it again, so we think there is a bit of room for negotiation.
