Solmar Villas claims Golf Punk's Editors Choice Award for tour operator of the year for 2023.

Yes, we hear you, we were recently invited over to La Manga Club courtesy of Solmar Villas to review the stay, and if you know anything of the resort, you'll know its one of the best out there.

However, when selecting this award, we also had to consider the service we experienced before even thinking about jetting off, not just the stay itself (although the stay was lovely and if you wanted to read more click to see our review).

From start to finish, things could not have run smoother with the tour operator, and they really do take the thinking out of having to organise a trip (chief organiser talking here).

With their numerous villas nestled across some must-see golf resorts around Europe, and now Florida in the USA, along with some super helpful staff throughout their organisation as well as the ability to tailor your stay with car rental, flights and attraction i.e.golf, Solmar really do have all bases covered.

Aside from the top quality service we received, the stay was also impeccable at the resort and in the villa, which was equipped with; a BBQ, rooftop terrace, pool, generous dining space, a kitchen with everything needed to feel at home, good-sized twin bedrooms and a glorious master bedroom, all immaculately clean on arrival.

The resorts are clearly picked with the customer in mind as they have plenty of activities available during the day, along with entertaining bars & restaurants for the evening. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and full of suggestions should you want recommendations of where to go, what to do, see etc.

The truth of it is, we wouldn't hesitate to book again with Solmar, and all of the GolfPunk team would definitely recommend them to all of our fellow golfers. So if you are looking for a winter get-away and a guarantee of some good weather, then look no further than Solmar Villas.
