The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Golf has today published a roadmap for golf's safe return in England. Finally, there is visibility as to how we all be back to some form of normality by the Summer. Most of it will come as no surprise but here are the key dates and changes for the various activities. Playing golf From Monday 29th March Fourball golf is allowed. Retail Shops Monday 29th March
All professional and retail shops must remain closed.
Click and collect service allowed.
Monday 12th April
All professional and retail shops may open.
Catering Monday 29th March
All catering facilities must be closed.
Takeaway service may be provided.
Monday 12th April
All catering facilities must be closed.
Outdoor catering facilities may open, subject to the Rule of 6.
Takeaway service may be provided.
Monday 17th May
Indoor catering facilities may open, subject to the Rule of 6.
Outdoor catering facilities may open, subject to a maximum of 30 people.
Takeaway service may be provided.
Driving Ranges Monday 29th March
Permitted provided they are outdoor.
Monday 12th April
All driving ranges may open.
Outdoor Coaching Monday 29th March
Outdoor coaching is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis.
Group coaching is permitted to the Rule of 6 (a group of 6 including the coaches/ volunteers)
Monday 17th May
Outdoor coaching is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis.
Group coaching is permitted to a maximum group size of 30.
Indoor Coaching Monday 29th March
Indoor coaching is not permitted.

Indoor coaching is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis.

Indoor coaching is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis.

Outdoor fitting is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis or to the Rule of 6 (including fitter).

All fitting is permitted outside.

Indoor fitting is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis.

Indoor fitting is permitted on a 1-to-1 basis
Indoor fitting is permitted as part of an organised group activity.
Tournament and Competition Golf Monday 29th March
Under strict COVID-19 controls and where overnight accommodation is not required for staff or players.
