Tiger Woods Day 3 at the Hero Championship
So how did he get on?
Words: GolfPunk
It's Day three at the Hero Challenge, and the world is watching how Tiger Woods has performed. So here's how he got on.
Well, it was certainly not the start he had hoped for:
He parred the second, but bogeyed again on the par five third. Two more pars were followed by two more bogeys, and Tiger could only card a 40 on his first nine.
The start to his back nine was no better with another bogey, followed by three pars and finally a birdie at the 14th.
This was not going according to the game plan, by any stretch of the imagination.
With pars on the 15th and 16th, he at last slotted in a birdie on the 17th to go three over for the day.
And with a par on the 18th. Tiger's day was done with a three over 75 to go into T10 with Kevin Chappell.
Meanwhile, in other news, Charley Hoffman holds a four shot lead through 15, with Tommy Fleetwood T2 with Jordan Spieth.
