Rory Rumoured To Be Getting Hitched

Reports doing the rounds in Ireland are suggesting Rory could be close to getting married to his American sweetheart Erica Stoll.

Originating in the Irish Independent, they claim multiple sources point to the couple getting engaged shortly. She recently made her first official public appearance with the four time major champion at the DP World Championship prize giving. And while he hasn’t said much about Stoll, manager of Championship Volunteer Operations at the PGA of America, who famously helped get him to the course in time at the Ryder Cup when he was just minutes from missing his tea time, he has said this about her.

“I am very happy in my love life. We haven’t really been putting it out there. She is from America, which is why I like to spend time in Palm Beach.”

‘Friends say that Rory feels very confident that the blonde beauty is the woman for him. “Don’t be surprised if you hear he pops the question, it’s going very, very well,” a friend said. A separate source also revealed how Erica had met Rory’s friends in Florida and Ireland recently and said that his circle have warmed to her and delight in the effect she has on the golfer.
“She’s a really, really nice girl,” said the well-placed source. “Very nice and down to earth and the one thing everyone is saying is how good she is for Rory. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do tie the knot. You know the saying ‘when you know – you know’ and I think Rory is there now.”’

Let's hope she doesn't get the same treatment as former flame Caroline Wozniacki, and get dumped after the wedding invites go out.
