Penis on golf course can be seen from space

Someone has cut the shape of a massive penis into a golf course in Hampshire – so large that it can be seen from space.

Staff realised it was there when someone spotted it on Google Earth, and since then have been wondering how it appeared there.

The thinking is that it is not a mysterious alien crop circle, or ancient pagan fertility symbol, but the work of a local prankster.

“We think someone used a spade to dig it out,” Shaun Hall, head golf professional at Boundary Lakes Golf Club, told the Evening Times.

“When we were made aware of it, we decided the best way to correct it, without ruining the grass, was to wait for it to grow out on its own. It has all been sorted now.”
