Night golf comes to Northern Ireland

If you cannot get enough golf in during the day, you can now tee it up at night. Down Royal GC has teamed up with Ireland’s premier golf event hire company, Greens on Screens, to bring the latest USA night sports technology to the golf course.

The revolutionary LED equipment will be installed around the course and playing Texas Scramble format, teams of four will join together in what will be an open golf tournament with a difference.

The technology ensures the LED golf balls provide high performance aerodynamics, control, feel and distance expected from a professional quality ball.

Down Royal have announced two dates for the Night Golf tournament on Friday 18th March and Friday 25th March 2016 commencing at 7pm.

The cost is £100 per four-ball and the tournament will take place over six holes. Golfers of any level are able to participate.
