John Daly blew up last night, like only John Daly can. He may have been my golfing hero growing up, but it's fair to say he can be a bit of a berk on the course sometimes. Playing with Bernhard Langer, the antithesis of Daly, who's dominates Seniors golf and someone who if he wins this week will be the first to capture the senior 5 major grand slam, Daly managed to do this...

Just sometimes John, hit the 1 iron. Don't put yourself in trouble with the driver. Daly shot a four over 75, putting him 13 shots behind leader Rocco Mediate who shot a stunning 62 during the first round.
