Turtle lays eggs in bunker

Green keeping staff at a Pennsylvania golf course noticed a snapping turtle tidying up the sand in the bunker at their fourth green.

The turtle had dug a hole into the face of the bunker, laid a dozen eggs, and covered them with sand.

The area has marked as “ground under repair” and players will get a free drop “in an effort to help these baby turtles hatch and thrive.”
