With Valentine's day coming up you’re going to want to track down these Asics Gel Lyte III’s. Dubbed the ‘Strawberries and Cream’, are you man enough to rock a pair, or is this strictly one for the better half?

An iconic sneaker, the Asics Gel Lyte III originally launched way back in 1990 as the runners running shoe. Famed for it’s unique split tongue, the unusual design meant there was never any awkward tongue slippage when running.

As clever as it was back then, it was overshadowed at the time by the legendary Nike Air Max 90. Now it’s the shoe's idiosyncrasy that have made them become more popular with age. It also helps that they are ridiculously comfy underfoot.

Asics are well known for using really high quality materials on their sneaks, and the buttery soft suede on this colourway is no exception. With its unusual fade on the Asics branding, this really is a killer kick.
