Fancy a Japanese?

Then head for Finca Cortesin

If you want to mix your golf with Michelin–starred Japanese dining then head for the Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf & Spa this spring.

Finca Cortesin is offering a ‘Play & Dine Experience’, which golfers the chance to combine a round on its award-winning golf course with dinner in its signature restaurant Kabuki Raw.

And we’ve got to say we love the look of their sushi. The fact that we are getting a new Yo–Sushi near GolfPunk Towers is one thing, but this is totally different gravy, and we’d eat our next of kin to try it.

Available to book throughout 2017 and costing €325 (approx. £282) per person, golfers will receive a welcome gift on arrival before 18 holes on Finca Cortesin’s acclaimed championship layout, a three–time host of the Volvo Match Play Championship.

Kabuki Raw has held one Michelin star since 2015, and is managed and run by Finca Cortesin with the expert guidance of the Kabuki Group, a world leader in Japanese cooking.

Its unique setting allows guests to watch head chef, Spaniard Luis Olarra, at work in the kitchen, creating an array of emblematic dishes specifically for Finca Cortesin using only the highest-quality produce.

Opened in March 2009 and set across a vast 532–acre estate, Finca Cortesin is regarded among Europe’s most exclusive modern golf and lifestyle destination resorts, and was recently named as the ‘Best Golf Resort in Europe’ by users of the respected website Leadingcourses.com.

Put it on the list.
