Plank rocking
Today we are going to be doing an exercise which is going to get you stronger for golf and fit for life, so you can look beautiful and still be a great golfer!
So for this one you are going to be lying down on the mat in a position that will work your core and your arms. Obviously golf exercises are all for the core, if you can get something for the balance and the core it’s great.

Read the narrative:
First, we are going to get into the plank position so get on your elbows and plank. Then after about 30 seconds of planking start rocking backwards and forwards on your elbows and toes, ten times,... this additional move is going to make your core even stronger.
If you want an advanced version to get your glutes working even harder then try lifting your legs up after rocking, alternating left and right legs.
Then go back and forwards again another 10 times, keeping the core tight. Do around three reps of this and you’ll be perfect!
