British Masters Ones to Watch
Selections for The British Masters

GolfPunk's resident tipster, Nick Fleming, picked 2nd place Joel Dahmen as an each way bet at Wells Fargo Championship at the weekend and sadly missed out on Jorge Campillo, who down as a winner, faded to finish third as Mikko Korhonen came through to see off France’s Benjamin Hebert at the first play-off hole.
This week all eyes will be on Tommy Fleetwood as he hosts the British Masters at the awesome Hillside GC Course in his hometown of Southport. Hillside is the lesser known neighbour of Royal Birkdale and is a superb track which the tour pros will love playing, particularly the contrast between the manicured front nine and arguably one of the finest back nines in the country.

ONES TO WATCH
This week sees the return of our old friend the GolfPunk Spiv. Now we all know his style and picks can be a bit esoteric (and that's being generous) so please view with caution and as ever with betting...as the slogan says, "If the fun stops, stop!"
All prices as per the Betfair Exchange and at the time of going to press.
#5 VICTOR DUBUISSON (Each Way - 33/1)
Victor was an each way bet for China Open at 33/1 and whilst he just finished outside the top 10 it was another consistent result for the Frenchman on his comeback from long term injury.
The Spiv fancies him for the British Masters, as he feels his clean style and high percentages off the tee might suit Hillside, and suggests a small each way bet.
#4 TYRRELL HATTON (Win - 16/1)
At 16/1 Tyrrell looks reasonable value. The world number 23 has shown a particular fondness for links golf being a two-time winner of Dunhill Links Championship and also tied for 5th at Royal Troon in 2016. An exciting young British Talent who The Spiv has always admired.
#3 RYAN FOX (Each Way - 40/1)
The New Zealander must be in with a shout having only missed four cuts in 2018, posting five top 10 finishes and putting in strong performances at the PGA Championship and The Open. A good player that the weather and course might just suit!
#2 MATT WALLACE (Win - 20/1)
The world number 36 must surely have a good chance? The Spiv thinks he's due another win after performing well in 2018 where he won three titles and although consistency is always an issue he looked good in Dubai and must be someone to consider if he's on his game.
#1 JORDAN SMITH (Win - 22/1)
Had he not fluffed his final round he was a contender for the title in 2018 and in last few weeks he's shown form in China (T5), Mayback Championship (T7) and in Morrocco and Oman (Top 20 finishes). His odds have shortened in the last few weeks which indicates punters think he is in with a shout. The Spiv certainly thinks so!
And - TOMMY FLEETWOOD
Tommy is a favourite of GolfPunk and is a class act in any field, but certainly in this one. The Spiv feels that history is against Tommy given that previous hosts have struggled to manage their duties with competing for the title and, at 9/1, he thinks there are better bets out there.
And Another Thing...
