Taylor Swift Hits Fan In Face With Golf Club

Some fans have strange requests, and non-more than a Taylor Swift fan who turned up at a pre-concert meet and greet at one of the venues on the pop star’s 1989 Tour.
Swift, who has apparently met super-fan Maya a number of times at previous pre-gig events, has a running joke going with her about a golf club. This time Swift made sure a club was at the event then, as part of the gag, Swift hit Maya in the face with said club.
Sadly there’s no video footage, but Taylor has posted this playful image on her Tumblr account.
Maya responded to the smack in the face with:
“WHEN YOU ASK TAYLOR TO HIT YOU IN THE FACE WITH A GOLF CLUB AND SHE ACTUALLY DOES!!!!" "I AM CRYING I WALKED INTO THE MEET AND GREET AND SHE WAS STANDING THERE WITH A GOLF CLUB! THANK YOU SO MUCH TAYLOR I LOVE YOU."
