NEW Reflo AW 2024 Range Reviewed

Is it worth your money? We check out golfs most sustainable clothing brand!

Up and coming apparel brand, Reflo is a name you may not have heard of. A premium brand priding themselves on sustainability, providing sportswear that people are proud to wear and ensuring that it is fit for the future.

With the latest AW/24 drop one, Reflo have clearly lived by this. With every garment made as part of a 'Reloop' process - a circular apparel solution using recycled garments by ensuring 100% of the product is made from one form of recycled material to provide a solution to the overwhelming amount of waste that takes place in the apparel industry.

This motto and ethic is something that we, at GolfPunkHQ, believe in and love to see making it's way into our brilliant game of golf. THAT BEING SAID! When reviewing this range we in no way want that to hinder our service in providing an honest and reliable review to you.

Having owned 'sustainable' golf clothing previously, the common reoccurring theme was that a lack of quality always seemed to be present. This is something I firmly believe that Reflo has smashed out of the park. Of the the items we tested, both had the feel and quality of long lasting, premium garments that you expect from the best in the business, and also not losing so after a handful of machine washes.

Yamuna Polo Marron Red - £75.00

The first of the items we got our hands on was the Yamuna Polo, in Marron Red. Sampled above, by the legendary Harry Kane, a Reflo brand ambassador and investor, we absolutely loved it. As previously stated about the quality of this range, the Yamuna Polo fits the bill of that premium feel. I've worn this on a cool 14°C round of golf and not felt the need to grab for a mid-layer, as although lightweight, the Yamuna Polo is just the right thickness for those Autumnal months, whilst also feeling breathable and sweat wicking. Fit is perfect for a 'normal' blokes figure (not just Harry's athletic build) with the sleeves being what I would consider to be of perfect length. A couple of weeks wearing this on and off, it comes out of the washing machine in much the same condition as it did on the first wear. The performance-driven recycled polyester fabric is paired with a subtle white REFLO logo on the shoulder, followed by a sleek circled R logo on the nape, accompanied with the deep maroon red pattern that really works well with the styling of this polo. The Yamuna Polo Available in 2 other different colourways of Deep Navy and Warm Green.

Overall, we are thoroughly impressed with this polo. In what is certainly a premium price tag by today's golf attire's standards, we are confident you will not be disappointed with the product you receive in return. The Yamuna Polo has instantly become my favourite golf polo to chuck on and get out on the course.

Tarim Hoodie Warm Green - £89.00

Hoodies on the golf course are becoming the norm more and more, and we are all for it. Whether you like them or not, it has become undeniable that the golf hoodie is an more regular addition to both the casual golfer's wardrobe and also pros alike. Reflo help fill this market well in their AW/24 drop, not least with the Tarim Hoodie.

Carrying on where the overwhelmingly positive Yamuna Polo review left off, the Tarim Hoodie does not miss. It honestly feels like one of the comfiest hoodies I own, thriving on the golf course, where it kept me warm enough in the chilly autumnal mornings of October and November and then still not feeling clammy or sweaty as the weather warmed up during the rest of the day. As well as feeling good, the Tarim looks the part too, falling inline with the mostly subtle styling of the rest of the line, made with a lovely deep marine like green four-way stretch fabric, the hoodie features a secure zipped pocket and the stylish REFLO logo on the shoulder to finish it all off. The hoodie is also a perfect subtle casual wearer during your normal day to day, I've worn this not only in a golf setting, but out for a run, to the gym, or just generally running errands. Available in 4 different colourways of Black, Warm Grey and Deep Navy.

Overall, following the theme of the other Reflo products we have reviewed the Tarim Hoodie ticks every single box and gets the highest marks from us at GolfPunkHQ. It's become my new go to.
