May The Fourth Be With You!
Celebrate Star Wars day with all these golf goodies...
Words: Daniel Owen
Happy Star Wars Day everybody! May the fourth be with you as we check out the golfing goodies that have been given makeover in a galaxy far far away. The Force Awakens lived up to the hype, and Rey, Finn, and BB-8 have entered the public consciousness forever. Now we've got Rogue One: A Star Wars Story opening in December.
First of all who can forget this Masters promo by the BBC? But Tiger as the Emperor? A bit harsh.
Or there is this video where Darth Vader takes to the course...
But what about stuff, actual things that will make the golf bag stand out and fly the geek flag high?
Under Armour have just launched a collection of Star Wars compression tops.
Keep your muscles working properly with the power of the darkside underneath your polo this winter. £45 at underarmour.co.uk
We love these Star Wars New Era caps. You might need to a little brave to wear them on the course, but they're definitely in the realms of suitable golfing attire.

As a self confessed Star Wars nut, I've got to own up to having two of the head covers already. One is a Japanese Tie Fighter cover, and one is a Stormtrooper.
What can I say, the white driver craze goes well with my head covers.
Now there's even a choice of Star Wars: The Force Awakens headcovers. Say hello to BB-8 and Kylo Ren as plush headcovers...
We also found these hand knitted covers. We can't say we're convinced...
On the home made tip, we've also found this collection of golf ball art. We've got a lot of time for the weeble looking Han Solo.
And why someone was inspired to make a Star Wars inspired Mini Golf cake is anyones guess.
In the world of bad golf tattoos, Darth Vader with a golf ball, that says Dad is high up on our list.
But while some of this stuff is a little ridiculous, there is so much more out there that we just haven't been able to afford as yet.
Look at these golf bags. If you can find them, they go for over £300. If you can find them. But how sweet is that Darth Vader bag? Rock up to the first tee with that on your PowaKaddy, and you’ll already be one up.
The only time we’ve ever heard “Use the force Luke” on the golf course has been in amongst drunk Welshman at Celtic Manor during the Ryder Cup. But for the really geeky out there, there's this Star Wars Angry Birds Luke Skywalker headcover. That's a whole extra layer to the geekdom.
There's also a Princess Leia and a Darth Vader Cover too.
Only the strongest can take on the dark side of the course. Well with this Darth Vader polo you can too. For the less force sensitive amongst you, there's a matching Stormtrooper polo.
This tee with Darth Vader is pretty epic. But if you had the force, would you even need to use golf clubs?
This has Christmas gift all over it. A ballmarker and pitch repair set? Perfect for the ultimate Star Wars golf gift. Except it's a Japanese import and probably costs a ton.
This Back Nine Ball Markers Pitch repair tool might be more affordable...
Finally the pièce de résistance of our search was this wedge by Golf Alchemy. This Star Wars Cleveland wedge is spectacular, and we love the fighting Obi Wan and Darth Vader on the face.
