PUMA GOLF LAUNCH MEN’S SPRING SUMMER 2018 COLLECTION

PUMA Golf has introduced its men’s Spring Summer 2018 apparel and accessories collection, showcasing fresh, fashionable patterns, a versatile color palette and cutting-edge technical elements, that are designed to enhance on-course performance and provide looks that turn heads whether golfers are in bunkers or at the bar.

“PUMA Golf’s Spring Summer ‘18 Collection was largely inspired by fashion trends mainly seen outside of the golf category,” said Kristin Hinze, Global Head Golf Apparel, PUMA Golf.  “We have taken ideas such as all-over-prints and made that trend applicable to performance golf apparel, ensuring that consumers have everything they need to look great and play great.”

Two of the best illustrations of the collection featuring all-over-prints designed for golf are the PWRCOOL Digital Camo Polo and Botanic Polo. The PWRCOOL Digital Camo Polo, using a highly functional material that draws sweat away from the skin while anatomically placed air flow features provide superior temperature regulation, is designed to keep the body at its optimal temperature to preserve energy during the round.  The PWRCOOL Digital Camo Polo is available in Peacoat/Electric Blue Lemonade, Bright White/Marina and Quiet Shade/Bright White colorways this Spring.  Puma’s Botanic Polo features a handsome all-over floral print in Bright White/Quarry and Quiet Shade/Quarry colorflows.  The Botanic Polo utilises PUMA’s proprietary DryCell Technology for the ultimate in sweat-wicking performance.   

SS18 sees PUMA’s basics polo story get a sophisticated update with stylish details such as a heathered look added to the popular Oxford Polo, and the Pounce Aston Polo being treated with a textured high-low stripe tonal design, creating an ‘unsolid, solid look” and providing new flair to an old favorite. The Pounce Aston Polo is available in a wide range of eye-popping colors – Electric Blue Lemonade, Lemon Tonic, Paradise Pink, Marina, Acid Lime, High Risk Red, Peacoat, Vibrant Orange, Quarry and Bright White.          

SS18 also builds upon PUMA’s offering of Evoknit pieces with a broader assortment of apparel and accessory pieces for men. Evoknit is a knitted design that utilises body mapped ventilation, strategically placed rib panels and seamless engineering for unrestricted range of motion. The moisture-wicking, highly breathable fabric provides extreme comfort and breathability. 

For SS18, PUMA will offer its Evoknit technology in two fashionable short-sleeved tops (Evoknit Seamless Polo and Evoknit Block Seamless Polo.  The Evoknit Block Seamless Polo is a new offering and introduces three fresh colors in Evoknit gear - Paradise Pink, Marina and Acid Lime - to complement the popular Peacoat and Quiet Shade that was introduced earlier this year.  The Evoknit Seamless Polo is a carryover piece and will be offered in Electric Blue Lemonade, Black and Quarry shades this season.

Perfect for those dew-sweeping brisk spring mornings, PUMA offers an Evoknit layering piece in SS18, Evoknit Seamless ¼ Zip pullover. The Evoknit ¼ Zip pullover is available in Electric Blue Lemonade, Black, Peacoat and Quarry colors and is made of 86% nylon/14% polyester for plenty of warmth and unrestricted range of motion.  The Evoknit Jacket is constructed of 57% cotton/41% polyester/2% elastane for a thermal, full zip layering look that will help golfers beat the chill while still allowing them to make a full shoulder turn during their swing.  The Evoknit Jacket comes in a unifying Peacoat color that ties the entire Evoknit offering together.  

PUMA Golf’s SS18 Bottoms and Accessories Give Golfers the Goods to Look and Feel Like a Tour Pro from Head-to-Toe

The SS’18 assortment will continue to feature the brand’s revamped men’s bottoms collection. The popular Essential Pounce Shorts, a customer favorite, will be available in 10 eye-catching hues, offering the perfect complement to PUMA’s new polos.  For SS18, PUMA Golf’s designers are also breathing fresh ideas into the brand’s popular 6-pocket pants, adding Heather 6 Pocket Pant selections, as well.  PUMA Golf’s new pants & shorts offer excellent moisture management, new, improved fit, a rebalanced pattern, curved stretch waistband featuring PWRSTRETCH for comfort and mechanical stretch for maximum range of motion.

To finish off a Tour Pro look from head-to-toe, PUMA Golf offers a full range of accessories in its SS18 collection from new headwear to belts to gloves.  Perhaps, none of the SS18 accessories are more intriguing than the new P-Hat and Ultralite Stretch Belt.  The P-Hat is a snapback design that features a slight curve brim and 3D embroidered “P” logo on the front.  It is available in Black Heather/Quiet Shade, Quarry Heather/Acid Lime, Electric Blue Lemonade Heather/Peacoat, Bright White Heather/Quarry, Vibrant Orange/Bright White and Peacoat Heather/Bright White color stories.  The Ultralite Stretch Belt features a molded low profile buckle, combined with an elastic strap and PUMA leather badge and leather tip for a cool, comfortable look on-and-off the course. The Ultralite Stretch Belt is available in Bright White, Black, Peacoat, Quarry, Electric Blue Lemonade, Quiet Shade and Acid Lime Heather shades.
