The European Tour’s South African Swing will continue next month when the Alfred Dunhill Championship is contested from November 26-29. Following on from the Joburg Open the previous week, the co-sanctioned tournament with the Sunshine Tour will be played at the majestic Leopard Creek Country Club and will feature prize money of R29million – the largest purse on the Sunshine Tour this season.

Dustin Johnson stormed to number one in the world ranking after a superb 11-shot victory at the Northern Trust at TPC Boston. Danny Willett made a welcome return to form winning the BMW PGA Championship with a comfortable three shot victory after posting a five-under-par 67 on Sunday at Wentworth. Overnight joint leader, John Rahm of Spain struggled to card a 70 whilst South Africa’s Christiaan Bezuidenhout's charge slightly petered out leaving him third.
It was as you were at Wentworth as both overnight leaders shot four-under-par rounds of 68 to extend their lead to three shot over the field. Chasing them are Englishman Justin Rose, South African Christiaan Bezuidenhout, who both carded 69, and India’s Shubhankar Sharma who had one of the round of the day, a six-under 66.
